Job Summary

As the Corporate Services Assistant, you will provide hands-on support across the departments functions, gaining broad exposure to how a corporate services function operates while contributing directly to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build practical administrative, coordination, and stakeholder-management experience in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Receptionist to manage visitors, calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate persons.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Admin & Corporate Services team, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

  • Assist with procurement-related tasks such as raising requisitions, tracking office supplies, and liaising with vendors.

  • Support the scheduling and logistics of internal meetings and events (room bookings, refreshments, materials).

  • Assist in coordinating with facility vendors and service providers to ensure a clean and safe work environment

  • Assist with tracking facility-related assets, consumables maintenance or repair needs.

  • Support periodic security drills and awareness activities as required.

  • Assist with basic research on ESG best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to the organisation.

  • Undertake any other administrative or coordination duties assigned by the supervisor.

Who you are

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Current participant in the national service program (available for the full service period).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal and customer service orientation.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic office management tools.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of data confidentiality and customer privacy.
